The Shure SLXD24/B58 provides presenters and performers with a wireless handheld microphone system that is dependable, easy to set up, and delivers crystal-clear digital audio quality. Built around a rugged, single-channel, half-rack receiver with removable antennas, the system is ideal for portable rigs or long-term installations in small- to medium-sized venues, event spaces, conference rooms, houses of worship, and educational facilities.

Operating in the UHF band, the SLX-D transmits high-quality 24-bit digital audio with over 120 dB of dynamic range for crisp and detailed sound. It uses Digital Predictive-Switching Diversity to protect the signal from interference and ensure a stable, dropout-free RF transmission.

This configuration includes the SLXD2 handheld transmitter featuring an interchangeable microphone capsule design and equipped with a Beta 58A dynamic capsule. The microphone’s supercardioid pickup pattern focuses on speech, helping reduce feedback on loud stages. The lightweight metal transmitter offers selectable 1/10 mW RF power output and a transmission range of up to 330'. It delivers up to 8 hours of operation using two AA batteries or an optional SB903 rechargeable battery.
