Combining large-monitor performance with a compact footprint, the Genelec 8030C active studio monitor delivers higher SPL and extended low-frequency response compared to smaller models in the series. This makes it an ideal monitoring solution for professional environments and slightly larger production spaces.

The monitor features a 5-inch woofer enhanced by an advanced reflex port design, enabling accurate and low-distortion low-frequency reproduction down to 54 Hz. Its 0.75-inch metal dome tweeter works in conjunction with Genelec’s Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) technology, ensuring consistent on-axis and off-axis response while maintaining precise stereo imaging.

The Minimum Diffraction Enclosure (MDE) further refines performance by minimizing cabinet-edge reflections, resulting in a smooth frequency response and an exceptionally accurate soundstage. Dedicated high-headroom amplifiers for each driver, a premium active crossover, advanced driver protection circuitry, and integrated room response compensation provide reliable and precise monitoring performance.
