Evans Blue Hydraulic heads were first used by the pioneers of rock and roll in the early 70's with two layers of film sandwiched between a thin layer of oil for maximum durability and a thick, deep and short sound.

Hydraulics series heads are known for their ease of tuning, making them ideal for troublesome drums and players with little tuning experience.
